Places

Places emerges from my investigation-focused approach of exploring and documenting specific locations. While I initially began this series during my residency at Zero Foot Hills, the works in this portfolio represent my sustained investigations across various sites. The artworks are divided into smaller series named after the areas I have immersed myself in, such as Durham, Cross River, and Ward Pound Ridge. Through meticulous observation and careful documentation of each environment, I translate these experiences into multi-layered compositions that prompt viewers to observe and reflect with a renewed sense of curiosity.
